Cookies with coconut chocolate chips 

Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl.  

Egg and coconut extract should be beaten in. 

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together, then add it to the mixture that has been creamed.

Incorporate the chocolate chips and the coconut. 

Place on baking sheets that have not been buttered 2 inches apart, using rounded tablespoonfuls.  

To achieve a golden brown color, bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes.  

Sure thing! However, the flavor will be slightly different, and the cookies might even be a little drier in texture.
