Ex-Heisman Trophy finalist added to active roster by Chargers

One of the Los Angeles Chargers' draught picks from the past has been activated to the active roster.

Justin Herbert, the starting quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers, had surgery to repair a fractured finger, terminating his season.

Because of the operation, Easton Stick will now start at quarterback for the team.

With the promotion to backup quarterback, Duggan moves up from his position as the team's third-string quarterback.

His stats for his senior year of high school were 3,698 yards passing, 32 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions.

On the ground, he propelled TCU to the title game with 423 yards and nine touchdowns.

In last year's Heisman Trophy voting, Duggan was second, behind Caleb Williams.
